Hi

I've done the Preliminary Approach and got overed 1/3 of charges. I sent LBA and got a flat NO!

I now need to proceed to Scottish Small Claims Court. (Thanks to Scotia for Thread on Scottish procedures) But who do I put down as the defender, for the Bank? Head Office in Leeds? Local Branch? Or name of last correspondance who said NO to LBA? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I put my local branch. That way it would go to a court in my town. It's then up to them to sort out who deals with it their end!
