I am claiming against LLoyds for around £2500.00 I have been through all the letter stage, filed a claim on MCOL, Lloyds have denied all of the claim and Lloyds have sent back their defence.

This was all going through Northhampton County Court then on 12/03/07 I received a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings to a court covering the area which I live which is Staines County Court. Then I didn't hear anything until 03/05/07 when once again I received a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings stating:

To all parties

As a result of an order on 05 April 2007, this claim has been transferred to the Guildford County Court.

Before DISTRICT JUDGE KARP sitting at Staines County Court, The Law Courts, Knowle Green, Staines, Middlesex, TW18 1XH.

Upon the Courts own motion. The Court has made this order of its own initiative without a hearing. If you object to the order, you must make an application to have it set aside, varied or stayed within 7 days of receiving it.

Transfer to Guildford County Court for Allocation and Case Management Directions.

Dated 05 April 2007.

I have not heared a thing since, what should I do? Does it normally take this long? Should I be on the phone finding out from the court what is happening? Should I have my bundle ready by now and when its ready what do I with it, do I send it to Lloyds solicitors and to Guidford County Court?

I know i'ved asked LOTS of questions but my head is spinning at the moment!!

Any help would greatly appreciated!!

Kind Regards dicko753

The bundle is sent to the court and other side, usually 14 days before the hearing. Lloyds have yet to file one.

The court should give you specific directions in the future about the bundle.
