Welcome to the site.

Calm down and tell us which template letter you are referring to ?

Would really be a good idea to document your history in a thread of your own, that way your questions can be answered and people can help.

You are at an advanced stage of your claim so need to be fully understanding of the way forward from here and whats required of you.

I will start yourt thread off for you......as I say give as much info as possible.

Hi, sorry but panicing now - court date on 28th June 07 - I haven't heard anything from the bank by way of paperwork sent to the judge, but then I haven't put in a "bundle" either - I wasn't really reading stuff properly and didn't really understand about supplying evidence for the judges consideration - I suppose I thought it was all pretty simple and a done deal!! Stupid I know. Is it too late to submit my "bundle" now? The court said it should be in at least 14 days before the trial.....it's now only 8 days.....I have been trying to edit the "Witness Statement" which I downloaded from a thread on this site, but unsuccessfully so far - it has downloaded in Excel spreadsheet and there seems to be no way of fitting the type onto an A4 sheet form...very frustrating!! I have also downloaded some of the OFT's statement on default charges - what else do I need to do? Please someone help - I feel all on my own but clearly this isn't the case - just a mum in need of legal help!!!!

Hi boo boo (nice name),

read the following

GOT A COURT DATE? Important, please read......

it's mind boggling but basically you need to include as much as you can: your witness statement, terms and conditions, spreadsheets, statements showing your charges, copies of all correspondence between Lloyds/SCM and you, McNamara interview, Orton letter, Aussie charges report, Irish banks report, some BBC news reports, OFT report, early day motion, UFTCC etc. Lots of info on that link. If you PM me with your e-mail address I can e-mail some stuff I have received from someone else on this site who helped me. You're going to need lots of ink, paper and headache tablets!! Good luck!
