I should tell you that the practice seems to be paying off .......

 

 

I won the silver medal in the National Disabled Championship last weekend, got beaten by the UK No1 Lady disabled archer so am quite pleased with myself .......

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and it proves my aim is good eough to catch you by surprise 8)...... should the occasion occur ;-)...........
