Hi there, just completed my preliminary approach letter and was wondering what is meant by " I enclose a schedule of charges with this letter ". Is this just a breakdown of type of charge, date and ammount to be typed by me ?

Also while im here, ive read a few case notes and found that the average ammount people are claiming back is £1000, however im only claiming £ 127.66, is it worth it, and i can claim back the costs incurred fighting my claim right?

Thanks all

Yes. If you have filled in the spreadsheet to work the charges out then just print that off and attach that as your schedule of charges.

Yes. You can claim back the court fees.
