I made the mistake of adding my 8% intrest charges on my letters to the bank. Have I ruined my chances of taking them to court now? I haven't worked out the intrest that I have lost so I think I'll leave that out now. I'm also struggling to understand how to fill in the N1 form. I really don't want to go to court either, what are the chances I'll end up there if I send off my N1 form? Please advise me.

Don't worry, I made the same mistake with another one. If you haven't filed your claim yet, then it doesn't matter what you have put in your spreadsheet, that's history. What matters is that you get it right when you file your claim. Follow this link for help with your N1 form

Not quite sure what stage you're at LM001.

Have you sent your LBA and waiting for reply, or are you further down the road than that?

As for actually going to court - I wouldn't worry about that, it's most unlikely. But even if you do they're very user friendly to novices. It's not like you see on the telly! :)

Just keep in touch with the CAG and there's always someone to help you.

Best of Luck
