Hello all,

So i have sent off my Data protection request to lloyds on Thursday last week. I also had a look through some of my old statements that are stored online. Gonna be sending out another DPR for my lloyds credit card tomorrow aswell. got a little bit confused with the statements tho,

Can i only claim back the intrest for months that i had a charge or is it on all overdraft intrest??

Cheers.

you can only get the interest on the charges back, if you go to court you then claim 8% back thats a way off yet so just look out for answers as you go along

I QUESTION THEREFORE I AM!! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
