Hi Everyone My Name Is Amy And Im From The Wirral.

I Have Ongoing Claim With Barclays And Have Gone Right To The End And Now Have A Court Date For The 10th July.

I Think I Have Struggled Getting Any Money From Them Because I Dont Bank With Them Anymore.

If Anybody Can Give Me Some Info About What Will Happen In Court And What Do I Need To Take With Me And What Do I Need To Say Because Im Getting Really Worried About What Is Going To Get Thrown At Me {if I Put It That Way }

I Would Be Very Grateful For All Advise

Cheers

Amy

WELCOME TO THE CONSUMER ACTION

You have taken the first step to claiming what is

rightfully yours.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Take time to read the FAQ's and the Step by Step

guide as this will make you claim easier to

understand and implement.There are template

letters available in the Template library. These

are all proven to be successful with many claims

before. It is advisable to make yourself familiar with

the site and its layout. This will enable you to

access information and help for your claim. Look at

the bank or appropriate thread related to your

claim. This will familiarise you with the particular

problems associated with that organisation.

Everything is here for you to launch a successful

claim, but this is a SELF- HELP site. Which means

you have to do the work. We are here to help and assist you. However do not be scared to ask any

questions however petty they may seem to you.

PLEASE START A THREAD IN THE

BANK /ORGANISATION OF YOUR CLAIM.

this makes your claim easier to follow and

give assistance to.

ALL AT THE CONSUMER ACTION GROUP

WOULD LIKE TO WISH YOU GOOD LUCK

WITH YOUR CLAIM.

Hi,

I posted an answer to a question you had on someone elses thread.

You say you have a court date next Tuesday.

Look at this thread in the barclays forum http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/barclays-bank/94602-barclays-litigation-team-good.html if your court date is that close i would phone them to see if they would like to settle.
