Hello,

A couple of q's if you wouldnt mind :)

1)I have heard various things about not being able to apply to court, but generally from people who have 'heard' something, so probably not true.

2)Can anyone confirm that I am claiming what I can claim for? One of the lloyds letters says i cant claim for o/d usage charges;

a)Overdraft Usage Fee

b)Overdraft Excess Fee

c)Unpaid dd fee

d)Unpaid loan fee

e)Unpaid cheque

f)Unpaid s/o

If anyone can confirm any of this before I go and make a mistake with MCOL it would be very much appreciated!!!

Claiming for 2040 + interest

Vicki
