Hi All,

Just popping the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) into its envelope when I noticed the address...

Sticky 'Lloyds TSB Contact addresses' post gives one address for this to go to - yet the new SAR letter generator gives another - 25 Gresham Street!

Can anyone advise on the correct destination plz?

Thanks All! :)

Thanks, but my wife sent it to Gresham Street before I regained consciousness this morning!

Guess it'll get there in the end and as the timescales won't change I'm not that fussed! :)

Cheers, C

Hi All,

Lloyds' statements turned out to be an A4 list of charges with a letter inviting me to prepare my preliminary request from it and get this back to them ASAP!

This sheet shows several charges of £7... anyone know if this is the monthly account charge please? Don't want to charge them for a real service! :p

Thanks!

C

Yes the £7 is a genuine account charge which you can't claim back. It should only come out once per month.
