Hi,

Wonder if you anyone can help. I am petrified of going to court and to be honest I was really hoping that my claim for £600 would be settled before. HSBC are going to "defend" their claim - and I know how this sounds but I actually wish that I hadn't put my claim through - as I do not have the time or guts to go to court!

Will I just lose my registration fee if I pull out? Or will I incur other charges?

I am a chicken aren't I?????!!!!!!

I am a chicken aren't I?????!!!!!!

At the moment, YES.

But instead of being a chicken, you could become an EAGLE.

The transformation is easier than you think.

Spend a few days reading the FAQs and the Step by step guide in the library section. The info you will find there will answer most of your initial questions.

This is a self-help forum. We provide the info....you do the reading.

Start your own "battle-thread" in the HSBC forum....Click the link....

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/hsbc-bank/

Post the history, to date, of your claim. Any questions or updates should also be posted here.

Read some of the posts in the HSBC forum, especially some of the longer ones. A lot of users felt like you when they started.

For encouragement, read some of the threads in the HSBC successes forum.......

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/hsbc-fd-hfc-successes/

Now make yourself a cup of coffee, sit down and repeat after me......

"I AM NOT A CHICKEN......I AM AN EAGLE!"

Regards, Rooster.

Doo7375,

Please do not panick or worry. Today on BBC it was stated that a judge was fed up with the banks not paying out sooner and waisting time!

We are all with you.
