  • 14/5/07 - Letter from me (Without Prejudice) to Barclays turning down offer but offering to accept an amount about midway between their offer and my claim and giving further 14 days for reply.
  • 17/5/07 - Notice of transfer of proceedings (N271) to local court plus defence from Barclays (N9B)
  • 7/6/07 - General form of judgement or order (N24) saying

Before District Court Judge ... sitting at ...

1. Claiment to file and serve a schedule of charges and penalties claimed with dates and amounts by 29th June 2007

Dated 05 June 2007

Am I right in thinking that I should send my spreadsheet of charges and interest to the court and to Barclays (quoting the Court Claim Reference) with no other information at this stage; or should I include a copy of my offer to settle (without prejudice) for a lesser sum; or is there anything else I should send?
