Just had a suggestion from my son would it be possible to copy onto disc all the required info for court bundle and take it to a printers to save on time, might be a silly question but with computers I'am the original dummy your comments would be usefully

it would work on all the parts that you don't need to personalise - on those you'd need to make the changes first -

honestly it's not nearly so bad as i used to think it was -

guidot has all the court cases on a pdf and will send them to you if you send him an e-mail and the rest is just a matter of copying out stuff -

if you didn't mind the extra expense - it might be worth it to jsut get one whole court bundle done and then take it somewhere to get two more done just like it -

or as you say - copy the pdf onto a disc, plus all your other bits (statements, witness statement, correspondence, t & c, etc) onto one once you've made the necessary changes and yes, i'm sure it would work - probably cost a bit to get it in triplicate - it runs around 200 pages - you might ask how much it would be for 3x200pg.

Thanks lats great support from you again if I do it this way he can do it at university for 5p per sheet printed on both sides which would be 300 sheets for £15 or £30 for single side

Just wondering if you can give me a bit of help as i don't seem to be getting much response on my own thread.......

 

I need to get my court bundle in by this friday and i've posted my statement of evidence in my thread to see if it looks okay to everyone.

 

I'm struggling with FD's T&C's side of things and wondered if i could use HSBC's T&C's as they do after all "own" FD. Is that possible?

 

So far, my documents are:

 

1) Statement of evidence (although this might need tweeking)

2) Letters from claimant

3) Letters from defendant

4) Bank statements

5) Schedule of charges

6) Relevant case law to penalty charges

7) Early day motion

8) Dunlop v New Garage

9) UTCCR's 1999

10) UTCA 1977

11) SOGA 1982

12) OFT summary on credit card default charges

 

I'm just printing off the McNamara transcripted interview, so that'll be in my bundle too.

 

So, apart from the T&C's issue, i think i've got everything in order - does it look okay to you?

 

Your help would be profoundly welcomed as the panic and stress side of things are starting to kick in on me.

 

I just want to make sure i've got things right and in order as i know this is probably the last chance i'll get.
