It certainly is worth it. If it does end up going as far as court you can claim your costs and interest at 8%.

Put it this way, as has been put on this forum before by Dave and/or BF and others, if you had £50 nicked from your wallet, what would you do? Would you just sit back and do nothing? I know I wouldn't...

Definitely worth going for.


If I felt a charge was particularly justified I often tried badgering them with a phone call, and usually they refunded the charge. Once they refused as they said they had already refunded a few previously........

In many cases its the time taken to write a couple of letters. Now where can you get £25 for just writing a letter..... Oooohhh, I know, if you're a bank!
