Hello

 

I am new to this forum - hello to all.

 

I have begun the 'bank charge reclaiming' road and have had a response from one of my banks with the information for the last six years. However, I have requested this information from Nationwide as well and I have not received a response at all.

 

Could you let me know where to go from here and if there is a standard letter I can send them in order to advise of non compliance.
