bailiffs called on behalf of council for unpaid council tax whicch by the way was being paid to the said bailiffs at 62 pounds per month. we were out so he left a letter with my daughter asking to phone him.my wife phoned him at around 8pm gave her details and asked what the problem was.unknown to us last months payment wasnt paid,so my wife offered to set up a direct debit again ,he told her to f...off ill see you tomorrow to remove your goods.where do we stand please help?:x
