I have just completed my allocation questionaire and returned to the court with my £100. Has anybodys actually gone to court yet (other than the Lloyds TSB which I'm told isnt the same?) What happens next? Will I get a court date? Do I attend? Do I need a solictor? I'm not good with technology and find this site quite hard to navigate so the answers might already be here, I just cant find them. Am nervous, ha:confused: ve never attended court!

Welcome to the NatWest forum Wellyboot.

I have just completed my allocation questionaire and returned to the court with my £100. Has anybodys actually gone to court yet (other than the Lloyds TSB which I'm told isnt the same?) No, not with NatWest What happens next? Will I get a court date? Yes and possibly directions from the court - did you send the draft directions? Do I attend? If it gets tocourt, yes. Butit almost certainly won't Do I need a solictor? Your choice, but teh small claims court process is designed so that people can do it themselves I'm not good with technology and find this site quite hard to navigate It's hard to navigate even if you are good at technology - there are (as of today 87,000 threads and nearly 880,000 posts) and so the answers might already be here, I just cant find them (don't worry, jut ask - no-one minds that. And if you spot something useful, file it away so you can help someone esle). Am nervous, ha:confused: ve never attended court! And you won't have to now - 99.999% certain
