On Friday this week it will be exactly 40 working days since sending my Data Protect Act letter to Lloyds requesting a list of my default chargers over the last six years.

My cheque for the maximum statutory charge of £10 has not been cashed by Lloyds either.

I have the signed proof of delivery printed from the Royal Mail website. Should I write to the Information Commissioner enclosing copy of proof of delivery if I receive nothing by Friday? Are Lloyds ignoring other requests?
