Just putting the last bit of bundle together for DG. Do I put copy of OFT report into the statement of evidence bundle & main court bundle or do I just need 1 copy. Also do I copy all correspondence from the court or just the bank. Will send that off this afternoon and take one into court on monday.

just 1 copy of oft per bundle will do. Put copies of all correspondence relating to your case including court documents.

What is the official date your bundle has to be in by?

27th June so I thought I'd get DG's off first.Hopefully might not need to do one for the court(wishfull thinking). If I do I'll have the weekend to print off theirs.DG then have 14 days to submit their bundle. Court case is 5th Sept

That is my thinking. Dg's a few days early and they may offer before you have to send the court's copy. Not everyone agrees but as noone has tried it yet we don't know!

My prediction is a full offer on the 28th or 29th!

Good luck!

Have had offer for £450 for no1 son which we are accepting. At least he hasn't got to go to court now. Will not inform court just yet though will wait till funds are in his account. That gives them 1 week as their bundle is due next wednesday.

Waiting to see if no2 son has been transferred to our local court:)

No defence from HSBC so have entered judgment. Rang MCOl to see how far behind they were as we've been waiting for it to be transferred to our local court. They said that although HSBC said they were entering a defence they hadn't and to go ahead with the judgement.Defence was due by 24/06. Hopefully he'll have his money soon.:)
