hello could anyone help i've just got a parking ticket in a restricted street code 02. but the parking attendant parked her car in front of mine inside the same restriction any thing i can do

PA's vehicles are exempt.

As stated PA vehicles are on the list of exempted vehicles under the RTA 1991. This argument often comes up but is as stupid as complaining a police car had to speed in order to give you a speeding ticket!! Pay up and learn to park properly next time.

Whilst the primary assertion above is correct, there is nothing about PA vehicles in the RTA 1991 - if you think otherwise, please post a citation and I shall be the first to apologise.

 

It would be helpful to those asking for advice and support if your responses were based in fact.
