Hi jenny Good luck for the meeting, Bs will be no match for you ;) and good point tez made are you Ltd?

I have received the Judges 'Approved Judgement' today, which is a 29 page account of all the proceedings of 19th an 30th, and basically all our efforts were wasted, the judge didn't agree with any of the reasons we put forward, have you got yours Jenny?

Hi Val and Tezl, got my approved judgement today, have just posted question in my thread as to whether to scan in for other to see or maybe there is a link to get direct from court, not sure will wait and see if anyone wants to see it! Makes my blood boil where Judge H states that our hardship is really of our own doing, bad money management, and not really anything to do with the bank charges!!

Good point about going Ltd, think something we must look into, will see what the outcome is with b's this afternoon, at least I will have my judgement in my bag to write notes on, well there is 29 pages of it!!

Yes tezl, along with carpets, selling vinyls and laminates - and today o'h gets a phone call to go fitting on ship for a few weeks, leaving me to be working in two places at once!

Good Luck Jenny with the bank, I hope you can manage on your own with all the work, I think that it might be a signal for you to stop all your enjoyment! ( the poker I mean hehehe) I don't think you will have time to join us at this drop incentre too much either, but don't worry we won't let you off too lightly, we can always PM you! regards Val xxx
