oh yess!!! [churchill dog impression.. sorry]

B's push EVERYTHING to its limits [and then some]

Dont be surprised if you are waiting for upto 50 days.

Remember banks are a little busy with these requests.

Since we began recording site usage in April 2006, when we had just 2000 members, we have had 730,000 template letters downloaded. Helped over 6000 people successfully reclaim over £9.1 million back from the banks, and attract over 3000 visitors per day. We currently have over 127,000 registered members.

well thats what i said but she didnt agree...:(

Who didnt agree?

Dont give in to the bank instruct them that you will take the following action.

If the bank fails to supply you with your data then you should complain to the bank. Give them 7 days to comply and tell them that you will begin a complaint to the Information Commissioner and also that you will begin a County Court action under the Data Protection Act.

Mentioning the Information Commissioner in your letter usually works and as Dar3n said above dont be bullied or fobbed off by Barclays-they know the rules but they will try all that they can to get round them.

I think once it is submitted it is then deemed served 5 days later, then you wait 14 days for them to acklnowledge, then a further 14 days to enter a defence, that is a total of 33 days from the day you submitted your claim.

It will then get transfered to your local court, i guess that took about a week, then i heard from my local court a week later, telling me no AQ needed but still had to pay £100, so i took that to the court the next day and the day after i got a court date for 28th June so that leaves me just over 4 weeks to wait.

So hope that helps, each court is different some are just getting dates through for the end of August so it is the luck of the draw.G

Good luck hope all goes well.

Hope this helps

Caz:p

Hi checkout

It should automatically calculate this as soon as you move onto entering data on next line. The 8% APR is also automatically calculated.

Every time you subsequently open up your saved spreadsheet, both those columns will update :)
