I have written to LloydsTSB to reclaim almost £4500.00 in charges, the bank responded and offered me £750 as 'full and final settlement' which I, obviously, rejected. However the bank has ignored my letter of rejection and refunded the £750.00 into my account.

What do I do next? Can I still claim the difference of £3750.00 in the County Court?

Any help would be appreciated.:-x

Yes, pretty standard response for them.

Keep going for the difference.

Start a new thread in the Lloyds forum, call it [you] v [evil bank], and use it from now on to post your updates and queries, it will help you and us keep track of your progress.

Have a good read of the Lloyds specifics in the LTSB forum, and of other threads in the successes forum to see how they behave, and this way, you'll be ready for whatever they throw at you. :-)

Also read the FAQs and step-by-step, and familiarise yourself with the process, and keep us updated. :-)
