Hi Gargrave

There are some Templates here:

I have some links below to help you get around. Welcome to CAG, by the way.

Don't know how much that helps with the Information Commissioners Office complaint ukaviator.

If you want to complain to the Information Commissioners Office you should enclose copies of your recorded delivery slip that you used for your S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) (pressuming you sent it recorded delivery). This will fast track your complaint (should take about 10 days) otherwise please be aware that it will take about 5 weeks.

The Information Commissioners Office's address is:

Freedom of Information Act/EIR Complaints Resolution

Information Commissioner's Office

Wycliffe House

Water Lane

Wilmslow

Cheshire

SK9 5AF

You should state when you sent your SAR, who you sent it to and whether you have received any information.

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?

BEWARE OF CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OFFERING TO WRITE OFF YOUR DEBTS.

Please note opinions given by rory32 are offered informally as a lay-person in good faith based on personal experience. For legal advice, you must always consult a registered and insured lawyer.
