i have managed to extract bits from that example but i need to know how to word word an ammendment for a change in amount as i included overdraught usage fees and overdraught interest. In a fit of anger i also claimed for damages which i think was a bit stupid now and i want to amend that also

i done all this before i joined cag and was at the time following Tom Brennans court case with nat west. As i said i was pretty ****ed off with lloyds at the time and i reasoned that if nat west were offering Mr Brennan somewhere in the region of an amount equal to his claim then i would could reasonably expect less than half of my claim, i realise since joining cag that this is misguided and would like to change it so as not to jepordise my legitimate claim.just to let you know what stage i am at, i am waiting for lloyds defense,i looked up my claim on mcol and it sais that they are disputing the whole amount but i havnt received anything yet.

Cheers for your help on this i wish i had joined cag first.
