If you really want a court fight, and I would suggest that you do not, but if you are really determined to have your day in court then the simplest approach is just to stop paying them.

 

But you must be really certain that they do not have an enforceable agreement. Just because they respond to a s77/78 request or a SAR with a reconstructed agreement does not mean that they don't have an enforceable agreement with your signature on it.
