HI

I need some help, im trying to get some charges back for a friend and sent the LBA and Halifax have replied saying that they decline his complaint and that it explains his charges in his T&C's. What now? Does he file a claim or shall he write another letter saying he is not happy with this outcome and still wishes for his charges to be refunded. At the moment he doesnt have the money to file a claim?

Did you send the prelim and the LBA or just the LBA ? If just the LBA then you need to send the prelim now and then the LBA 2 weeks later then go to court 2 weeks after that. You must stick to the laid down procedures in case you ever have to get into a court room.
