Did you send the Data Protection Act SARs letter from the templates library and did you enclose the £10 fee?

If so you should contact the bank and inform them that they have not complied with your SARs. Give them 7days to fully comply with your request or else you will be reporting the matter to the Data Commisioner's Office and may possibly take action in the county court to gain compliance.

If not, start again after reading the FAQs.

You will find suitable letter templates in the templates library.

Spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guide in the library section. You will find a lot of essential information there.

I received my first batch of 6 year statements within the 40 day deadline, however having requested my pre 6 year statements I too have experienced a major delay, but! I sent them a snotty letter to which they have responded and they state my statements should arrive middle of June. I suggest you send a letter reminding them the 40 days are up and you require immediate action.

Look further down the threads for the ones with WON on the end. Yes they are the worst bank to deal with.

Threads merged. CB and YB are basically the same bank, just one is mainly in Scotland. Some Scottish claimants use the English court system.
