Hi,

I'm about to send off my SAR to halifax for two accounts relating to bank charges.

I also had an unsecured loan which incurred a few charges for missed payments. So are these charges reclaimable? and do I just write the old account number in the SAR after the bank account numbers?? I've searched for a few hours now and can only find information relating to managed loans...

And... is there any other information I need to include in the SAR relating to the loan account or do I leave it as the template??

thanks in advance!

I wrote to HBOS requesting details for bank accounts , loan, and credit cards on one SAR.

I just used the standard template and listed the accounts at the top

ie bank account 12 23 23 534534534

credit card 1233 54 6 684 6

loan 21354 4

Hope this helps
