Hi all,

Does anyone have a copy of the terms and conditions for around 2000 for both a personal and business account? I am helping a friend with his claim and is in a right mess, and with interest, his business a/c alone is £54k.

Please Click The Scales if I have been of help to you.

Thanks for that Hedgey. No the amount wasn't a typo. The poor bloke has taken out loan after loan just to keep his business afloat and cover the charges. The LBA goes Monday, so Not long for filing. This will definatly go multi-track.

Hi again Ed, I think you should PM a mod with these details - just so's they can keep an eye on the thread for you. With over £50K in charges at stake, I personally feel that you need an experienced 'eye' looking over this one!

Good luck - I'm looking forward to updates on this claim! xxx :p

Me too! Am I right in thinking that the previous record was £36k? I know parkvale has just won with £25k.

I put business account T&Cs fro 2001 on the thread that hedgey pointed you.

Anyhow, the amount doesn't matter, it's your mate's money and he wants it back. There is plenty of help here so go get 'em!

Steven

Don't forget to put a claim in for the interest on the loan!
