Just received a phone call & email offering settlement of two cases.

We were claiming £6200 altogether plus court costs of £240.

We already had Goodwill of £650 paid a while back so have settled on £5500 (£6150 in total) which we are happy with.

We had received a court date and needed to get our court bundle in next week, so this will mean not having to do all that photocopying :)

Yay !

well done. Just a quick question and hopefully im wrong when you agreed to settle did you confirm it was £6150 because having read some other threads Abbey pay a goodwill payment like they have to you for £650 then offer £5500 the claiment thinks great only £50 short only for Abbey to pay a further £4850. do you get what I mean??

Lloyds settled in full

£4010.02:D

Halifax CC settled

£417.00 :D

Lloyds PPI

£3672.15 Refunded off loan :D

no, she went thru it on the phone

the original claim minus the charges already refunded - then made her offer. I made her put it in an email which she did, so all seems above board
