Hi everyone,

I've just got my statements from Barclays and I'm looking to claim around £700 from them. the problem is the Excel files for calculating charges are not available to download from the templates section. The links are broken. Can anyone suggest anything or perhaps email me the England simple Excel sheet.

Thanks

Hi,

Cheers, I've found it now. We're off and running.

Another questionthough. Going through my statements I've found that on one or two occations, the bank reterned one of their charges, probably because I went into my branch and gave a sob story. Should I try my luck and claim those again or would it just give them another reason to stall?

I must admit to being naughty with both my bank and my hubbys bank and having claimed back charges paid back once or twice...

Nope. If they have been repaid already then do not add them to the claim.

Doing so would be dishonest, and if they checked the figures this would put you in a bad light.

Honesty is the best policy! :-D

Crusher :-D
