just a quickie folks.

after i was recommended to try these people (im a bit busy with all the CCA stuff), i gave them a ring last night. only to be told that he is packing up shop!!

all because of the lloyds thing the other week. he said it was too risky for him.

ive been reading thru the bank charges side of this site, and i think im gonna have A4 ringbinders coming out of my earholes lol.

Hi gypsumif. I've sent all my stuff off to the Financial Ombudsman. Abbey have rejected all my attempts to reclaim - i couldn't afford court and also felt really nervous about it. Like you i've got CCAs coming out of my ears since joining this site!! Perhaps it's worth buying shares in A4 folders, the profits could pay off the debts...good luck!! :D

Agree with bookworm.....if they were scared off by the Lloyds case one would have to question their ability.

No. As long as you include your t&c's for the account and argue that the charges are for a breach of contract not for a service.
