When is your court date .... and have you thought of calling B's litigation team ?

Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)

Filed with mcol, now looking at a figure of £3,500, they should of paid up when i asked nicely :-D

Received notice of transfer to Northampton County Court and barclays excuse for a defence!!!

you should try calling them at litigation, tell them you have the court date and they will prob discuss settling.

i rang today and they couldn,t discuss it cos of system trouble, i will keep trying but i think i best prepare just in case, they did say though they were settling a month before court date,i may not like ther offer though!!
