Can someone please help me!!!!

I recieved a defence from my bank on the 17th april, noting that there would be no AQ. I have heard nothing since from no one.

I presume though that shortly i will have to send a court bundle. Now i am really scared!!!

I found the basic court bundle from Bookworm on this site, although it will not let me open the OFT link.

Do i print this out, then add all my correspondance to and from the bank, with statements??

I am really confused and need help!!!

Also.......when i first reclaimed i accidently went past my 6 years by 2 months, totalling £5 worth of charges. They notified me of this in m offer letter, which i relpied saying that i would deduct the £5 from my claim but i am going to carry on for the rest as i had already completed MCOL. Thing is, my MCOL claim is now £5 over.....if that makes sence. Have i ruined my chances by the claim form being wrong as i went over the 6 years???

HELP!!!!!

Take a breath. Firstly the reason you were told that you would not need an AQ is that he courts are so inundated with claims they are trying to lighten theload and possibly shorten your wait. You don't need your court bundle yet. The court will either send you an AQ or the judge will give you directions. It won't do any harm to look at the court bundle. You will be fine. Good luck.

A person is only as big as the dream they dare to live.

Good things come to he who waits

Its your money taken unlawfully from your account and you have a legal right to claim it back.
