Hi Guys

 

I have with me all my paperwork , and I have bought in the Acknowledgement of Service from Eversheds LLP, saying they intend to defend the claim, my claim was issued via MCOL, do i need to send the documentation to the solicitors, even though Nationwide have had this already???? Any help today would be most beneficial

Hi Hills,

 

You will need to send a schedule of charges to the solicitor with a covering letter found here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/site-questions-suggestions/71369-getting-mcol-right.html#post614610

 

Have you sent your shcedule to MCOL as well. You need to send 2 copies to them.

 

Also it maybe a good idea to PM a Mod and ask if they can link this post with your original so it's all in one place rather than have a few posts to keep checking
