Hi Firepants and welcome to CAG

Have a look at this link and read all you can.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/welcome-our-forum/76852-new-then-please-read.html

Read the FAQs (link below) and print them out for your convinience.

Start a thread in the relelvant banks forum, there you wil read others stories and be able to see what they have done before you.

It is difficult to advise "whats next" if you have used another sites letter but from experience after you have filed through MCOL you will wait 14 days from the date of the court issuing your claim to the bank. This will give the bank 14 days to either pay out of acknowledge the claim and tell the court they will defenc the claim. If they defend it will be transferred to your local court for the next stage.

This will give you plenty of time to read up on the process according to this site and by then you will be an expert ;)

All advice is based on my experiences. I am NOT qualified and as such cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. If in doubt...get professional help.

If you like what i have said then make me a star!!

firepants, Mrsfoot has given you a welcome to the site So all you need to do now is start a thread in your own bank forum. Where you claim will be easier to follow and help.Good luck.

A person is only as big as the dream they dare to live.

Good things come to he who waits

Its your money taken unlawfully from your account and you have a legal right to claim it back.
