Hi Tricky,

You are exempt from part 18 and answering any of their questions with it being a small claim.

I would provide them with a copy of your spreadsheet or schedule of charges, stating the above.

As the bank has filed a defence, it is now being transferred to your local court. This can take up to 21 days I was told on Friday. So little can be done till then.

Your local court will then be in touch with either an allocation questionaire or with an order, so wait till you hear from them of the next step. It is frustrating at this point, as its all time and a process now.

In case they do send the AQ here is a link to completion -

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/11644-allocation-questionnaires-guide-completion.html

If they don't another link is here

All the best,

CJ

Welcome tricky, You seem to be well on your way. You must post in the Nat West forum. Alot of help available there. Have a read up on the FAQ's and look through the template library. Good luck.

thanks for your support.Have spent hours looking through the different links.Do you think this would be any good.

I acknowledge the receipt of defence posted on behalf of national westminster bank plc.I feel i have provided everything i am obliged to at this stage. For claification, i once again submit the following:

Account No

Full name

Total amount being claimed and reasons for charges

i am prepared to furnish any additional info to the court should the judge request it.

do i put that there is no legal obligation to do the cpr18 as is a small claim court ??? i read on a few threads people have put that? feel a bit scared of all the mumbo jumbo the Cobbetts people have written, just to put you off carrying on i guess!!!
