Hello

Im new to all this and have just received a general form of judgement or order that has stuck out the banks defence and that the bank has to file a completed defence within seven days or i can apply for default judgement.

this has a date of 4th may 2007 underneath the order but the letter is dated 16th may 2007, which date is relevent to the seven days.

any help will be most appreciated

thanks

I would probably wait until the 24th before seeking to enter judgement but then look to send in the bailiffs very soon after.
