I am about to claim through local court on Monday and am preparing now.

I have 2 accounts with charges and have all details from Halifax on the charges.

Do I have to issue two claims in the court or can both accounts go on one claim ?

If they are both bank accounts then yes you can put both claims on the same documentation. You need to quote both the account numbers etc.

Issued claim in court. They settled in full after acknowledging claim for £2193. Didn't have to go to Court. They asked me to write to Court and tell them claim has been settled. I said I would when money was deposited. Money deposited next day. Wrote to Court and told them it is settled.

Thanks to all:wink:
