Hi all,

I've been claiming both mine and my partners bank charges back and have today after sending letter before action 24.03.2007 recieved a letter offering a 'full and final settlement' letter for two out of three accounts. one claim was for £563.51 inc interest (£515 without) and they have offered and paid into his account £545!!! My claim was for £1093 inc interest (£979 with out) and they have offered £750. Seems like when I have been reading other threads that this is a standard offer for claims of a larger amount. Think I will accept the offer and thank my blessings for some thing after the latest ruling in brum. Was going to go back to them and ask for a little more but cant find a letter on here to send. Can any one give me a little advise please???
