Help what now?.

Sent my LBA letter got usual reply, bank not accepting liability. Whats the next step?, I think it's step 4 letter but not sure how or what to put on it, can i get some advice please. Was hoping CAG Chat was running but it appears to be suspended at the moment.

Hi Spiderman

Firstly if I were you I'd go to the correct bank forum and post in there, that way everyone on that forum will have had the same responses etc and you'll know what to expect from the bank. Also have a good look through the other threads there too. I assume that you've got your statements and sent a prelim and LBA by recorded delivery and there 14 day limit on the LBA is up? - if so then it's time to go to court. Either MCOL or through the local court if you prefer, there is guidance for completion of MCOL or the local courts N1 in the bank templates library.
