Alot in the papers about people not getting a good deal when they go to court, just started my claim.

Had butterflies before,now even more unsure...

Whats everyone elses thoughts????

just read read read, and then you'll find the butterflies flutter away. the more you know, the more confident you'll be, this judgement is without doubt a fluke, the judge has made a mistake hearing this claim without all the info needed to make any judgement, it should have been adjourned at the very least, and the guy made 1 very costly mistake when asked if he'd breached his contract, he should have said YES, this is why you need to read as much as you can, learn EVERYTHING until you know the arguements inside out. things will be different if/when he appeals
