Just a thought.....

When you send Lloyds a Data Protection Act 1998 - Subject Access Request letter I would ask for statements in relation to your account and not give them the choice of sending you a list of transactions and charges.

I sent standard letter and Lloyds sent me just a list of charges and the dates they were made to my accounts.

As I didn't get full statement sheets I cannot fill in the "complex bank charges calculation" spreadsheet and claim for any interest on penalty charges as not got full info.

Maybe this is what they are doing to stop paying any interest on their charges ???

Am now having to send prelim letter with "simple charges calculation" spreadsheet (claiming around £1000) which will obviuosly get the 8% interest added on as set out in this spreadsheet if/when it goes to court.....

Good Luck Everyone
