Hi everybody,

Just a quick hello and after having a good read around the site and other posts we've started the ball rolling and received lists of all charges which add up to nearly 5k:eek:. Now to get on with the excel spreadsheet and get down to it. Between myself and the other half we must have 7 accounts which we intend to reclaim charges from. In the meantime if anybody has any further advice about dealing with Lloyds please let us know.

Cheers

General advice is simple.

Read this

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/31460-example-step-step-instructions.html

and then the rest of the FAQ's

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/

then when you have a good idea of what its all about, begin your claim. Try not to get carried away with too many claims at once, as it could get very confusing later on.

Good luck

louis
