Hi all!

 

Im just starting out a brand new claim with capital one, Ive won my claim against my bank (nationwide0 but noe going for the credit cards also.

Would anyone be able to give me a couple of pointers in what I can claim for?

Hi aimee

 

You can claim late payment fees, overlimit fees and returned cheque/direct debit fees if you have any. Seriously consider claiming compound contractual interest, it can make a significant difference to the total of your claim. Do plenty of reading around claiming CCI, you need to be sure of your arguments for claiming CCI. HTH
