I do have a question which is that I have a 2nd account which has charges of 150. I have done two letters (no ltsb reply). should I follow standard procedure or should i contact the bank or solicitors and say that since they have settled one claim, will they kindly settle the other?

Background:

I have just got a letter from solicitors of ltsb offering full and final which it is as the claim was less than 500.

In the context of the legal proceedings, I had a June or July court date and had to supply the court the schedule of claim by end May.

So ltsb gave in after two letters, filing the claim with MCOL, they filed their defence. The case was automatically allocated to small claims and we had court date.

I would agree with Barty......unfortunately most banks seem to be a bit slow on the take up that having won one claim of course your going to win another.

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?

BEWARE OF CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OFFERING TO WRITE OFF YOUR DEBTS.
