Hi all,

I wonder if anyone could please advise further.....

I have been pursuing this on my husband's behalf & sent the prelim on 1st May, have just received a reply from Ashley McIloney, Review Manager in Leeds stating the usual about running the account properly & charges are advised as such when the account is opened etc.

It then goes onto say "I am sorry to advise you I am declining your complaint. I hope I have explained the reasons for my decision".

I am inclined to just let the 14 days pass & then issue the LBA direct to him.....any alternative advice etc would be really appreciated.

Many thanks

Jules

Just been reading other threads (forgot to sort in order so missed them 1st time!) and have seen that this is probably another standard letter, so I'll proceed as planned!!!

Just one other question though.....further charhes have been applied since I sent off the prelim & charges, so when issueing the LBA should I update this to include the new charges????

Cheers

Jules

yes you can add charges right up untill you file at court but not after i am afraid unless you amend your claim through the courts.
