Thank You Very Much. Do I Need To Send Anything To The Court To Let Them Know They Have Made Me An Offer And Im Gonig To Decline This Because My Court Date Is 21 June Or Do I Just Send To Corbetts

You don't send anything to the court about settlements until you have your money safely sitting in your bank account. Make sure Cobbetts know this as it sharpens the mind.

 

Cobbetts will probably send you a form to sign (N279 I think). Throw these in the bin as you don't have to use them and it is better not - read on.

 

Once you have the money, then you write to the court saying the matter is settled. New advice is that you also request an order for wasted costs (see http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/85726-wasted-costs-order.html) at the same time.
