How long after litigation is concluded is it likely to be considered "reasonable" for me to pursue a Wasted Costs order? I'm thinking about my case against First Direct (my only significant one) but that was concluded last year sometime so I don't want to push my luck unless of course it would be "Reasonable" in the Court's view for me to do so.

I think in all reasonableness it has to be presented to the court near the end, but I would stand to be corrected on this, nice try Tom :-)

You should put in for your wasted costs order as soon as the matter has been settled, you have received your cheque and it has cleared.

I would say that if you waited longer than 4 weeks then it would probably be too late
